This is a professional-grade 19-inch suspended cymbal from Sabian's AAX series. Suspended cymbals (also called concert cymbals) are used in orchestras, concert bands, and wind ensembles – they're the ones you hit with a mallet or crash together. The AAX line offers a medium-bright tone that's darker than Sabian's AA series but brighter than their HH/Artisan lines. It responds evenly at all dynamic levels, from soft rolls to loud crashes, with a rich, complex sound and shimmering sustain. Great for high school, college, and professional ensembles where you need a versatile, projecting cymbal. Comes with Sabian's 2-year warranty. If you're a percussionist looking for a reliable all-around suspended cymbal, this 19\ AAX is a solid choice.
